Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded, whether or not you use the services or cancel your account.
2. Refund in Wallet
In rare instances, such as technical errors or payment discrepancies, if we determine that a refund is necessary, the amount will be credited to your Kulswamini Matrimony Wallet.
Wallet refunds can only be used for future purchases or services on our platform.
The wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to any bank account.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their membership or any paid services at any time; however, no refund will be provided for any remaining or unused period of the subscription.
